Margarette G. Lasac

MGL FinalBorn on January 16 in Makati, she comes from a family of diverse professions, and is the first to obtain a Law Degree in her Family.

She was a representative in the ASEAN Volleyball Championship Cup in Seremban, Malaysia in 2007. Her Passion for the sport has instilled into her the value of discipline as she was able to graduate both elementary and high school in St. Scholastica’s College, Manila with flying colors.

Ms. Lasac then obtained her AB- Consular and Diplomatic Affairs degree at the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde where she became an active member of the DLS – CSB Blazers Women’s Volleyball team, Coro San Benildo (resident choir of DLS-CSB) and Student Council.

At the age of 19, upon obtaining her college degree, she went straight to the Arellano University School of Law (AUSL) to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a lawyer and graduated in 2015. In Law School, she was appointed as the Supreme Student Council’s Public Relations Officer in her freshman year and was elected as the Vice President (third year) and eventually the President (Senior Year) of her sorority, The Order of Witan Legis. During her entire stay in AUSL, through the AUSL’s apprenticeship program, Ms. Lasac had the opportunity to be exposed in Public Practice and worked in the Law Division of the Bureau of Customs, Port of Manila.

Her diverse experience made her a reliable, hardworking and resourceful person.  At present, she currently works as a legal assistant in S. De Santos Law Offices.
